There are 2 identical suites, side by side, that may also be rented to suit groups of 4 adults. With its spacious layout the property includes Mexican Dish Network and Fiber Optic WiFi. Internet-ready tv with Netflix.
The pool is a shared space and a fantastic place to spend the day soaking up the Mexican rays. You will also be the first in Mexico to see the sun should you choose to rise that early. On the bay side, you can catch the sunset from the veranda.

If this is marketing (ok, clever)… The point is that this property is a GEM and if you stay here you will love it. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay at Casa Roca Chaac! This home has everything you need and is in a fantastic location on the island. It was perfect for us with adult children. The property has three separate full suites, providing everyone with their own space and spacious areas for gathering on all levels. The property is exceptionally well kept; our only regret is not staying longer
Such a beautiful home! Rita did a wonderful job keeping everything freshened up for us. We vacationed with our adult children and their fiancées. Everyone had privacy and tons space. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!
