There are 2 identical suites that may also be rented to suit groups of 4 adults. With its spacious layout the property includes Mexican Dish Network and Fiber Optic WiFi. Internet-ready tv with Netflix.

We enjoyed our stay at casa roca chaac! It is a perfect place for a couple looking for a peaceful upscale stay on the island. Owners are very attentive and accommodating, and you can’t beat the view. Would stay here again and again!
My wife and I just departed Isla after spending a week at Casa Roca Chaac and we’re already talking about when we can stay there again! The entire property is expertly maintained inside and out and VERY clean We stayed in the south studio and couldn’t think of a single thing that we needed that wasn’t already provided for us. The apartment is spacious and well decorated, with superior bedding and linens. Daily housekeeping, pool/beach towels, and a supply of fresh drinking water was a welcome surprise. The view of the Caribbean Sea from both the pool and balcony are incredible, especially the sunrise! Our stay was quiet, relaxing, and peaceful and our hosts David and Anita were easily reached for any or our questions or needs. We would highly recommend this property and plan to stay there again in the future!
This property was the exact experience my wife and I were looking for. Gorgeous views, phenomenal sunrises, on the super quiet relaxing side of the island. The balcony and pool area are shared however the other guests were respectful and very quiet. The owners live on the bottom level and we’re very friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the area. We are already planning on next trip to return to Isla Mujeres and will definitely be staying at this property!
We loved our stay as Casa Rocca! The room was well-adorned, spacious and clean. We were very happy with the service and communication we received.
