Casa Roca Chaac was completed in 2020 and sits directly on the Caribbean with an unobstructed ocean view from every level. Book it four ways: the North Suite, the South Suite, the pool-level Owner’s Suite, or the entire villa. The whole house sleeps up to 8 adults. The Owner’s Suite is a 2,400 sq ft first-floor space with its own entrance, full kitchen, open living and dining area, and direct access to the pool; it sleeps 4. The two identical upstairs suites are spacious studios with kitchenettes and private ocean-facing patios; each sleeps 2, and they can be rented together for a group of 4. Every suite has mini-split A/C, an in-room safe, and a smart TV & high-speed streaming. Step outside to the 13 by 39 foot private infinity pool perched above the sea. Housekeeping Monday through Friday, pool and beach towels, purified drinking water, Starlink internet, and on-site parking are all included.

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay at Casa Roca Chaac! This home has everything you need and is in a fantastic location on the island. It was perfect for us with adult children. The property has three separate full suites, providing everyone with their own space and spacious areas for gathering on all levels. The property is exceptionally well kept; our only regret is not staying longer
